Here we have provided some answers to the questions that people ask the most and we think some that they don't.

Q. Does getting a tattoo hurt ?

A. Yes, but not the sort of pain like a headache or a sprained ankle. It is more like a graze, a bit sore and for a short time a bit tender. Some people describe it like a slight burning sensation with vibration. What you have to ask is, if it is that bad how come so many people go back for more.

Q. My son / daughter is only 16 but I don't mind, can they have a tattoo with my consent.

A. No, unfortunatley it is against the law, it doesn't matter what we as individuals think, right or wrong the law has been passed so there is nothing we can do about it.

Q. How much will a tattoo cost.

A. The cost of a tattoo will vary depending on whether it is a large or small tattoo, it will also depend on how much detail is in the artwork, whether it is a single or full colour tattoo, the simple answer is come and see us to discuss your requirements.

Q. Can you cover an old tattoo.

A. Yes we at Inkya love the challange of cover up work, you usually have to have a slightly larger tattoo than the original one and it has to be darker, but that doesn't mean it has to be a (BBB) big black blob. With a little imagination cover up work will look great.

Q. If I don't like it can it be removed.

A.The short answer is no. Our advice is think hard before having a tattoo. Tattoos are a permanant form of artwork on the skin. If your not sure about a tattoo then it is proberably not the thing for you.
